The hotel is just minutes from the A523 (Silk Road). The A34 to Congleton leading to the M6 is just 20 minutes drive with Manchester 35 minutes and Liverpool 50 minutes. Trains from Macclesfield link to London – Manchester Piccadilly – Manchester Airport – Liverpool.

You can enjoy not just the challenge of the Peak District, but we are also positioned slap bang in the middle of the Cheshire Cycleway - the route passes our front door. This is a 176 mile circular, taking in some of the finest views in the area, all on quiet roads. Sections can be enjoyed separately, or if feeling particularly fit, tackled in one go!
